Cozy stay with excellent location. The room was warm, clean, and welcoming. The young girl at the reception was helpful and allowed us to check in early. Despite a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, our stay at Villa Franca was a pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect - tucked away on a quiet side street at the foot of the Citadel. It truly felt like we were right in the center of the old town. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable and even helped us with our boarding passes and parking. Lastly, the rooms on the third floor had a wonderful charm to them. Although they had small windows, it added to the quaintness of the place.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay for anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of the city. the location is fantastic, only a short walk away from major attractions and right near the Clock Tower. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurant options nearby, so you'll never go hungry. the room was spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean, with a beautiful view from the window. the bathroom was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the service was simply outstanding. To top things off, the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
I did find that the parking situation was not ideal, as street parking is the only option.

What an incredible New Year's stay! The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the main attractions and restaurants. You can easily walk to the historic center or take a short taxi ride to explore more. The view from the window was amazing! The staff were polite, helpful, and friendly the entire stay. The room was cozy, spotless, and warm, with tasteful decor and plenty of space. Best of all, the breakfast was splendid, with fresh, local ingredients that tasted heavenly.
Sadly, there were a few minor things that could have been improved. The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach our room, and we had to sit in the lobby to connect with friends and family.

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Franca for a romantic birthday celebration. The room was comfortable and the romantic package added a special touch. The breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The restaurant overlooking the city was worth the walk or a taxi ride. The hotel upgraded our double room to a spacious one with a magnificent view. the location, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff made it excellent value for money.
100% Recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the historical centre. The location couldn't be better, right under the tower. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the rooms on the third floor had a wonderful charm. Despite the small windows, the mattresses were so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast even had options for vegetarians, which was a pleasant surprise.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the heart of a medieval city. Perfect location for exploring the charming streets and landmarks. Received complimentary breakfast and wifi, which was greatly appreciated. the historical ambiance of the hotel created a cozy and authentic experience.
Parking was not readily available and the hotel lacked an elevator. the room was also quite dark and had a small window.
